Veggie Quinoa Patty
Quinoa is considered as super food due to its protein and fiber content. Diabetic friendly and eat in portions if you are looking watch your carb intake.
Patty are our house favorite. I enjoy making variety of them using quinoa or oats , beans and veggies . Do check out my Oats Patty recipe as well.

Ingredients
Grated veggies of your choice
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped Spinach
2 cup cooked Quinoa
Seasoning and binding flours
Chilli powder
Salt
Coriander powder
Black Salt
1/4 cup Flax seed meal
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour / Cornflour
Procedure
Get all the veggies of your choice , Nicely grated
Add Cooked Quinoa into it and the seasoning per your taste
Add the flax seed meal + Almond flour + Rice flour
I personally like to use Rice flour, Alternatively you could use All purpose/ Cornflour as well.
Mix well and to form a nice soft mixture. Do not add any water. The veggies will leave enough water for binding.
Make small ball and flatten them on the skillet with little oil of your choice
Once Golden and crispy serve with your choice of sides or Make a Veggie Burger like this!
