Coconut Almond Chutney

Chutney or spreads are great accomplices for so many dishes, they never seem enough. For me its blending the right flavors together. Peanuts have been very commonly used in the them so how about trying something different this time...This is a very basic coconut chutney which has been taken to a whole new different level by using Almonds. Adding some additional protein does not hurt right?

Do try out and let me if you like this version.

Ingredients
Coconut grated
Almond powder
Handful curry leaves
Chilli
Salt per taste
Water to grind

Procedure

I have used store brought organic Almond flour, you could always used whole nuts instead. Just soak them for 30 mins before use.

Grind together all the ingredients into a nice paste. Adjust water accordingly. You can always temper these chutney but I left this one here :)

Serve with your favorite dish .

Do try it out and like my page if your are inspired. Thanks!
