Spinach Corn Stuff


Bored of eating the same Alu palak or Palak paneer? Have lot of Spinach and thinking of using it in a fun way! Look no further..This awesome Spinach corn stuffing is my multi purpose go to recipe...I have showed 2 ways here...Like a Bread Pizza or Quessidia style in tortilla.  
In the past I have also done a Sandwich, Puff Pastry. Options are endless..




Ingrediants
3 cups Spinach
Almond flour / any flour
Italian seasoning
Black pepper
Salt
Milk
Boiled corn
Cheeze


Procedure
1: Nicely wash the spinach


Chop them and put in the skillet.do not any extra water. Let it cook for few mins.


Add the corn and little almond flour...
By now you must have known my love for Almond flour 🙂

Don't have Almond flour no problem! Add any all purpose flour or wheat flour




Add some seasoning ,salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs. 


Add little milk and let come together ❤ 


You could add cheese or skip at this point and top of your dish with cheese when ready to serve

Option 1:
Open Bread sandwich. spread the stuffing, top it with cheese. And quickly bake it in oven or skillet 


I airfried it on 370 for 3 mins


OPTION 2:

Spread it on tortilla  and again grill it
