Breadless Paneer Sandwich
Who does not like sandwich...how about bread less sandwich...well are you on keto? Are you fasting? ....check this out...its yummy filling and you won't crave for carbs any more!
This month due to dear hubby fasting for a month...making it little fun for him...Try out n let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
2 slices of Paneer
Tomatoes
Boiled Potato slice
Green chutney
Avocado spread / avocados
Procedure
Cut 2 slice of Paneer in about 2 in thickness. It would look like a bread slice.
I used my griller to grill my paneer. You could also slightly roast it on a pan/ skillet
Spread some sauce/ green chutney on it, add some slices of boiled potatoes , tomatoes and avocado spread.you can check my avo spread here.
Add some salt, pepper, squeeze some lemon for that extra zest..
Play around with the veggies of your choice
Serve it with your choice of fruit ...Trust me I was full in this one sandwich!
