Baby corn manchurian

Indo Chinese cuisine has always been our favorite. My son M loves specifically baby corn manchurian a lot . I know that he took that from me.  This is my humble attempt at this...it comes out delicious! Do try it out and let me know.
I have made gravy version of this you, could reduce the water and mKe it dry version too.

Ingredients
Chopped baby corn ( I have used tin)
1 tblsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Rice flour or All purpose flour
Chopped bell pepper
Ginger
1 Celery stalk Chopped

For gravy
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 chilli sauce
1.5 tbl sp corn starch
Salt
1 tsp rock salt( optional)
1.5 cups water

Procedure
1: I have used canned Baby corn since I don't find the fresh ones. I have chopped it into 3 pieces

Lightly coat it with cornflour and rice flour / all purpose flour. You could use little more if you prefer thicker coating. using wet hand lightly make it moist.

Shallow fry in little oil until golden brown

In the same pan , add little oil, add veggies of your choice, I have used bell pep per, chopped ginger, celery and saute for mins.

In another small bowl add tomato puree, chilli sauce / chilli powder + vinegar  , soy sauce,  about a  table spoon of cornflour  and 2 cups of water.

I preferred to make a gravy , but if you want to make a dry version , go with 1 cup water.

Add some sesame seeds for extra garnish and color.

Add the fried baby corn and mix well, and bring it to boil.

Serve it with your choice of sides Noodles or Rice.
