Avacado Milkshake

Avocados 🥑are Extremely delicious creamy and very very healthy with good fats.

But at the same time I think they are very bland and do not have a very specific taste of their own. So I like to spice it up or sweeten it to make the desert.

You can check out my other recipes with Avocado ( Avocado Spread). This is a Super yummy creamy milkshake. I have tried to use natural ingredients for sweetener but you could always use your choice of sweetener .But you need to make this drink SWEET! so it tastes amazing and the flavors come out really. I have been making this for past several years, but recently my friend improvised my recipe to add cardamon in it and i think it truly add to that nice aroma and flavor to it.

Ingredients
  One avocado
 One banana
 Milk
 Maple syrup
 Cardamon (Elaichi)
Water optional ( to dilute)

Procedure

Mix everything in the blender ( Avocado, Milk , Banana,  Maple Syrup ) Make into nice smooth paste.
This smoothie turns out very very thick.

Add water if you like to thin out the consistency.
If you ever have tasted Sitafhal ( custard apple) milk in India, I feel this is close to it in terms of flavor.
