Thepla Methi

Thepla has been our very popular breakfast , comfort food or even travel food.
 It stays good for a week too, just replace the water with milk in the recipe.


Ingredients 

Chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriander powder 
Sesame seeds
Salt

1.5 cups Wheat flour
1/4 cup water

Additional oil for frying 

Procedure

Mix all the ingredients together and make a medium softness dough.



Add flour and adjust water accordingly. Make a dough with medium softness





Cover it with a wet cloth 





Roll out the the balls thin. 


In the meanwhile, heat the pan on medium to high flame and let it cook on one side and then flip and apply oil generously .
turn it again till you see it changes color.






Serve it warm or hot with nice cup of tea, yogurt or pickle.
