Farali Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Veggies are very popular , also stuffing varies even regionally. Todays recipe is quite a rip off from traditionally made stuffing, but I tried to make is very satvic which means that it can be eaten during the fasting days as well. This is my take on very flavorful Stuffed Peppers specially for days of fasting, why have just the boring stuff.. right?
Ingredients
1 Big Boiled Potato
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup grated Paneer
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
5 Bell Pepper
Seasoning
2 tsp ginger- chilli paste
Salt
Cumin powder
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients except the bell pepper and make a soft mixture.
Cut the bell pepper in half and keep it in salt water for atleast 15 mins.
Make small balls and stuff the peppers as below.
I have added some grated Amul cheese on the top, this definitely adds that extra flavor
I have used the air-frier to bake them, you could always use skillet or oven to bake them.
I have Air fried at 350 F for 12 mins until the cheese melts and looks golden brown.
