Chunky Salsa
Salsa needs no introduction and is extremely easy to prepare as well. This is my variation for salsa. Do try it out and let know if you like it!
Ingredients
3 Big tomatoes
1 Bell pepper
1 stalk of celery
2 Jalapeno chilli / regular chilli
Lemon juice
Salt
Chopped cilantro
2 tbl sp tomato puree optional
cumin powder
Kashmiri Chilli powder ( more so for the color it gives)
Procedure
In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, chilli , celery and lightly blend it. Do not make a puree.
Add cilantro, squeeze half a lemon , add chilli powder, tomato puree. Mix well and keep it refrigerated for at least 30 mins to let absorb the flavors.
You can keep it refrigerated up to a week.
